ST. PAUL KIDS
What to Expect
Our children are our future. We work to prepare them to lead and serve in various capacities in the church. Our young worshippers participate in our prayer service and the start of our worship service. After receiving a special blessing from the pastor, the kids are placed in age appropriate groups to worship at their own levels.
Early Childhood
Kids are never too young to learn. We play games, sing songs and participate in activities that stimulate their young minds and teach them the love and compassion of Christ.
elementary
We continue to teach God's love for us through His Holy word. Interactive games and activities (followed by a light snack) will keep your kiddos hungry for the Word.
FOLLOWING SERVICE
Our young worshippers are escorted back to the sanctuary where they're reunited with their parents.
Miss Sue's Early Learning Center
Miss Sue's Early Learning Center provides high-quality childcare. Our inclusive program provides a safe and nurturing setting for children six weeks to five years of age to learn, grow and thrive. Children are offered the opportunity to learn in a developmentally appropriate environment that caters to their social and emotional development, cognitive awareness, literacy, and self-help skills.
Our center features seven classrooms, each staffed with two full-time teachers and one to two part-time support staff throughout the day.
Our Director is Stephanie Griffin a Master Teacher, who has worked with children for over 30 years. She has owned and operated a Day Care in the past and looks forward to being an Early Childhood Teacher/Director. Mrs. Griffin has a passion for childhood education and enjoys helping the children under her care to develop strong self-esteem and problem-solving skills. .
acolyte training
Our acolyte training program teaches discipline, leadership and service.
Participating in the weekly candle lighting ceremony, showing members and guests to their seats, and helping collect tithes and offerings are only a few of the activities our youth participate in as they continue to grow in the Lord.
